Hong Kong Disney revealed recently that the company will issue tickets valid for one year in the mainland cities of Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
The company has sold 130,000 such annual passes since September 2006. Some people from the mainland have made the trip to the Special Administrative Region especially to buy the passeso the park is planning to issue them in some mainland cities.
Details of the annual pass are expected to be disclosed as early as March. But the price and conditions are expected to be almost identical to its annual passes sold in the SAR.
Hong Kong Disney currently has three kinds of annual passes, priced at between 370 to 1800 Hong Kong dollars.
