David Beckham said, "You know I am in contention to be in the England team but I have to be playing and I have to be playing well and it is great that Fabio Capello is giving me the chance to be playing for England. He has given me the chance to be playing for England again because that looked in doubt quite a few times but to be bought back into the England team, the England squad... well, everybody knows how much that means to me to be playing for my country."
