Gay rights supporters took to the streets in California again to protest against the state's newly adopted ban on same-sex marriage.
Tuesday's results overturned a right given to gays and lesbians just months ago by the state's Supreme Court. Thousands of gay couples had taken advantage of the ruling, including celebrities like talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.
