Qingdao-based MESNAC showcased its intelligent tire molding machine at the RubberTech China 2017 late September, and six international producers of high-end tires have placed orders for the smart manufacturing equipment.

The machine completes most of the processes in making green tires within 40 seconds to ensure production efficiency and uniformity of products.

Its automation correction system rectifies off-tracking cases with the ability to imitate human hands to ensure product quality.

The machine also shores up data accuracy to facilitate precise decision-making by automatically transferring information on output, efficiency, alarm, and abnormal shutdown, which previously requires manpower for the collection.

The Shenzhen-listed MESNAC is a private company established in 2000 with the intelligence support of Qingdao University of Science and Technology. It focuses on development of industrial intelligence and integrated informationalized software and management and control solutions for rubber companies. Its sales revenue ranked first in the global rubbery machinery industry in 2014.
