On Feb. 9, the building scheme of the reconstruction project in south of Jinshui Road, Licang District was released. According to Qingdao City Planning Bureau, a large commercial building complex will be built in south of Jinshui Road, north of Hushan Road, west of Hongyuan Road and east of Chongqing Road.
The project will cover three land parcels: No.2, No.3 and No.6. Parcel No. 2 covers an area of 20,000 square meters and the total construction area will be 82,700 square meters. Large and medium-sized financial service facilities will be built in this parcel. Parcel No. 3 with total construction area of 199,000 square meters and No. 6 of 254,000 square meters are for commercial use.
These three parcels were bought by Poly Group with turnover of nearly 1.2 billion yuan. In terms of traffic, these parcels are close to Jinshui Road and about 1 kilometer to subway M3 line. It will only take 10 minutes’ driving to get to the central area of Licang Business District. There is a primary school to its south and a sport center to its north.
