There are 92 key programs under construction, among them 17 programs have been completed and the total investment reached 40.9 billion yuan.
In 2014, a series of large program went on smoothly including Binhai New District, Central Business District and Fushan Commercial District. There are 27 newly introduced programs with over 100 million yuan of investment. It is estimated that there will be a 0.4 billion dollars of foreign investment transferred. Faced with the downturn of economy, Shibei District has a steady economy. The total output value will be 57 billion yuan, up 9% year on year.
