The core area of Qingdao Blue Silicon Valley has already become the fifth technical marine emerging industrial demonstration base and the ocean blue knowledge and technology platform in East Asia, which are brought by the improvement of the centripetal force of the high-end elements in the core area of Blue Silicon Valley. Since 2014, the core area has been focusing on the goal of creating ‘Chinese Blue Silicon Valley and marine technical new city’ and constructing ‘the five centers’ to stabilize the high-end elements platform and build a specific technology innovation ecological system.
Qingdao has introduced the construction of a great number of large-scale projects and academic institutions including the Sate Laboratory, the State Deep Sea Base, the State Martine Equipment Quality Examination Center, etc, among which some will be completed in 2015 and 2016. There is a stable step for the building about the emerging industry training centers. And the construction about the intellectual property trading centers is actively organized by the Blue Silicon Valley.
