The 2013 Qingdao China Green Food Expo was held from Oct. 12 - 15 at the Shandong International Agricultural Exhibition and Trade Center. The theme of the Green Expo was ‘green production, green consumption’.
There were 34 pavilions. Exhibitors and products were mainly about enterprise products with the green food mark. Visitors could get free access to the Expo and purchase safe green food.
The area of the Green Expo was 17,000 square meters, with 768 standard booths, 483 of which were on the first and second floor for pavilions from other provinces, while the third floor was exclusively for Qingdao pavilions, with 285 booths.
On the morning of Oct. 12th, the Expo opened only to dealers and trade visitors, with no on-site sales. From 12:00 to Oct. 15th, it opened to general consumers. During the exhibition, pavilions also organized business promotion activities.
