From now on, Shenzhen residents or tourists visiting the city can gain tourism-related information and book hotels, air tickets, and scenic spot tickets through the Shenzhen tourism information service hotline.
The hotline (national number 1258033) is the result of cooperation between the newly created Shenzhen Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, and Shenzhen Mobile. Shenzhen is the first city in Guangdong to work with a mobile network operator to provide a tourism information service.
Besides tourism information covering dining, lodging, traffic, travel, shopping and entertainment, tourists can also download discount information for scenic spots, hotels and restaurants via the hotline and make complaints through it.
