The Marianas Visitors Authority, Century Tours, and Tinian Dynasty Holiday will re-open the nonstop tour route between Shanghai and Saipan from September 29, 2008.
This route is also a new cooperation between two charter flight companies, Century Tours and Tinian Dynasty Holiday, and Shanghai Airlines. The service will be operated using Boeing 767 aircraft.
Every Monday and Friday flights will depart from Shanghai at 19:45, and arrive at Saipan International Airport at 02:15 the following day. Every Tuesday and Saturday, the flight departs from Saipan at 03:15, and arrives at Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 05:55.
