South African President Jacob Zuma arrived here Monday, starting his four-day state visit to China.

During Zuma's stay in Beijing, Chinese President Hu Jintao will have talks with him.

Top Chinese legislator Wu Bangguo, Premier Wen Jiabao and Vice President Xi Jinping, respectively, will also meet with Zuma.

Besides Beijing, Zuma will travel to Shanghai and visit the World Expo.

The visit is Zuma's first to China since he became the president of South Africa in May 2009.
