Distinguished guests included Xu Junda, executive president of Property Association of China; Mr Lu Zhigeng from Expo Village Management, Li Feng, general manager of Shanghai Donghu Property Company;) and general directors from other Expo pavilions. Expo volunteers and other working members were also invited to enjoy the show.

Zhouzhuang also prepared presents for their distinguished guests. One is for the Expo pavilion's general director, who was given a delicate present. The other is for Expo Garden's work staff, who were entitled to a 50% discount of Zhouzhuang tour.

Since Shanghai Expo opened in May, Zhouzhuang has held the 15th China Zhouzhuang International Tourism Festival and Urban Best Practice Area Case Show. During the tourism festival opening night, Zhouzhuang in All Seasons for Expo was performed. These activities gained wide attention. According to statistics, tourists from Shanghai Expo increased monthly since May, with 70 percent of them sightseeing Zhouzhuang just after visiting the Expo. Thus it can be seen that the Expo has had a positive economic impact on Zhouzhuang.
