Number 46 Fangjia Hutong in Beijing's Dongcheng District, formally part of the plant of China National Machine Tools Corp., has now been donned a "Creative Neighborhood".
Different from other cultural zones in Beijing, such as the Beijing's 798 Art District, the 13.000- square meter "Creative Neighborhood" is located in a Hutong area along the prosperous second ring road.
Within the neighborhood, there are various studios, theme restaurants, and book bars.
