Garze county of Garze Tibetan autonomous prefecture is located in western Sichuan, on the southeastern edge of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. It boasts breathtaking scenery of rolling mountain ranges with snow-capped peaks and clear water of the gently running Yalong River.
