Panda cubs trained for survival in the wild

Two panda cubs named Qinxin and Xiaohetao are trained for reintroduction into the wild by the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda in Wolong, Southwest China's Sichuan province. The cubs will be placed with their mothers in a wild area covering one square kilometers at a height of 2,450 meters to 3,100 meters above sea level. Their mothers will be responsible for the cubs-a break from the usual practice of keepers caring for cubs and feeding them milk. (Photo: China News Service/Li Chuanyou)
