With the inaugural flight of Dubai-Yinchuan-Zhengzhou airline completed at the Yinchuan Hedong International Airport, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region connects with the rest of the world more closely. The flight was launched and operated by Emirates Airlines, being the first international airline operated by foreign companies in Ningxia.
It is a milestone in the construction of Ningxia Tourism Passage and accelerates the process of building Ningxia into a hub of China-Arab States tourism.
The spokesperson for the Ningxia Tourism Bureau expressed that Ningxia will develop series of tourism products featuring Hui ethnic group features and Silk Road culture and continuously step up infrastructure construction and related services, with a view to enhancing tourism industry across the whole region.
Ningxia plans to advance internet plus tourism industry and realize electronic management of tourism marketing, services and experiencing in the next three years, he added. More airlines and flights are planned to debut and Ningxia expects more tourists, he concluded.
