As the number of passengers throught Yinchuan Hedong International Airport grows each year, Ningxia Air Service Ltd set up the first city terminal in a local shopping mall. It is expected to open for trial service on December 17, thus shortening passengers’ waiting time and traffic cost.
The small-sized area is at the southeast corner of the mall, covering about 410 square meters. It offers multiple services just as the terminal in Yinchuan airport like purchasing ticket, check-in, luggage shipment, ect. Passengers can also book a hotel or taxi, order food, and buy some local specialty.
It is learned that ten times of one-way regular buses are responsible for transporting passengers to the airport each day.
