The purchasing volume was 178 million yuan and the sales volume was 106 million yuan, with annual growth rates of 36.92 percent and 49 percent respectively. Yinchuan residents mainly bought clothing, shoes and hats, and 3C products. The items they sold included Chinese wolfberry, Islamic beef and mutton, red wine and other agricultural by-products with local characteristics.
