The city of Yinchuan was honored “China’s Brand Conference and Exhibition City,” together with Beijing, Shanghai and other ten cities, according to the 11th China International Conference and Exhibition Festival held in Haikou City, Hainan Province, on August 16.
Being the capital city of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Yinchuan has a sound market system, a solid industrial basis and abundant scientific, talent and energy resources, radiating surrounding cities in western China. Industries like services, logistics, transportation and tourism have bloomed in Yinchuan for decades.
The number of exhibitions and conferences held in Yinchuan has increased at an annual rate of 30 percent with over 3000 conferences held per year. Scholars and experts held discussions on topics like “Belt and Road Initiative and Exhibition Culture,” “internationalization of conference and exhibition industry” and so on during the event.
