Recently, with the help of Ningxia’s Economic and Information Committee and Beifang University for Nationalities, Ningxia Li Cheng Electric Corporation and the electric & information institute from Beifang University for Nationalities signed a cooperation agreement to jointly build a research and development base.
This year, in order to strengthen the work to boost industrial enterprises’ collaboration with universities and research institutes on innovation, the Economic and Information Committee actively successfully brokered the cooperation between five companies such as Powerful Robots Company and 7 universities directly under the leadership of the Ministry of Industrial and Information Technology such as Harbin Institute of Technology.
It also invites experts to enterprises to find problems, hires China’s famous innovation consulting agencies to conduct innovation capacity promotion training for more than 100 enterprises, and entrusts Zhejiang University to train 160 non-public enterprises’ management personnel.
All these measures have improved enterprise’s technology innovation consciousness and investment significantly.
