China Travel Sky Holding Company and the Tourism Administration of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region signed an agreement to share information on air passenger flows and destinations to improve the level of monitoring, warning and public service operations in order to promote tourism in Ningxia and northwest China.
China Travel Sky Holding Company is a company attached to the Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and plays a leading role in providing information technology and commercial services to the air travel industry in China. Cui Zhixiong, secretary of the Party committee of China Travel Sky Holding Company, said that this is the first time the company has cooperated with a local tourism department to share information. The goal of the collaboration is to promote the development of the tourism industry in Ningxia and throughout the Silk Road economic area.
According to the Tourism Administration of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Ningxia takes an active part in promoting the development of “smart” tourism and has built six systems to improve the quality of its tourism industry and facilities, including a dynamic tourist flow supervision and service system, an electronic ticket distribution system and a tourism information electronic accreditation system.
