The city of Yinchuan plans to attract an actual investment inflow of over 50 billion yuan this year. It also plans to attract at least two large projects from top 500 Chinese or world enterprises and over 20 projects with the investment surpassing 1 billion yuan. The projects will mainly cover auto, aviation, cloud computing, big data and e-commerce.
Under a state of new normal, the investment attraction in Yinchuan laid more emphasis on promoting industrial upgrading, ameliorating business environment and developing new industries.
The Greenland Group has made investment on the construction of Binhe New Area, Binggou Yellow River Bridge and the twin towers at Yuehai Bay Central Business District in Yinchuan. The Yinchuan Municipal Government has cooperated with renowned groups like Samsung to develop electronic information, auto manufacturing, new material and other industries. The cooperation between banks was also promoted to establish the Islamic Regional Financial Settlement Center in Yinchuan and enhance the high-end services along the Silk Road Economic Belt.
