The International Muslim Cuisine Cultural Activities Week will raise its curtain at Litong District in Wuzhong City of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on September 13. The 3rd China (Ningxia) Halal Food Cultural Festival will be hosted there at the same time.
Themed “Promoting Halal Food and Building an International Reputation,” the cultural week includes a variety of activities, such as the 1st China Halal Snack Cultural Festival, international Halal live cooking displays and the 7th National Halal Food Cooking Competition.
Some 10 renowned Halal food cooks from India, Malaysia, Iran, Lebanon and UAE will exhibit their cooking expertise.
