The 5th China (Ningxia) Horticulture Expo opened at the Ningxia Horticulture Industrial Park in Helan County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on August 10. Some 51 leading enterprises featuring agricultural industrialization will take part in the event.
The theme of the expo is “Guidance, Improvement and Innovation”. It displays a wide variety of agricultural resources and products from Ningxia. It also showcases advanced agricultural technology and facilities from both home and abroad, to attract investment from entrepreneurs outside of Ningxia.
The expo includes an exhibition, symposium, inspection, festivals and a contract signing ceremony, with an exhibition area covering 18700 square meters. The event is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
