The 6th Yinchuan International Auto Expo will kick off at the Yinchuan International Conference and Exhibition Center on August 10, according to a news briefing in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on July 31.
A spokesman for the organizing committee expressed how the exhibition area has increased from 10,000 square meters in 2008, to 70,000 square meters this time around. Hundreds of enterprises, including the world’s top automakers, joint ventures and several renowned Chinese corporations, will take part in the event. Brands featured in the show include Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Benz, BMW, Cadillac and Lexus, he added.
Themed “Profession and Innovation,” many automakers will present their latest high-tech vehicles at the show. In addition, Dongfeng Popular will reveal a new auto type at the expo. A professional forum, including conferences, symposiums and lectures on automobiles, will be held for the first time during the expo. The event is jointly sponsored by the Yinchuan Municipal Government and the Automotive Industry Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
