On April 13, Ningxia celebrated its seventh Liupan Mountain Flower Festival at Mount Xumi Grottoes Scenic Spot of Liupan Mountain in Guyuan, a southernmost city of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Tourists gathered at the foot of the picturesque Mount Xumi to watch the colorful mountain flowers in full bloom.
