| Ningxia makes first outbound power transfer | |||

Ningxia Power of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has transmitted electricity to its first outside customer, Qinghai Province. It has subscribed 3.5 billion kilowatt-hours in an effort to support its neighboring region that is short on power. The transaction also optimizes Ningxia's resources and raises the market share of its power plants.
