Chenggong district in southwest China's Yunnan province is an ideal destination for leisure, tourism, residence, health, and business.

Located on the eastern shore of Dianchi Lake, the district enjoys a mild subtropical plateau climate with pleasant winters and summers.

Chenggong district also emerged as a railway hub with the operation of Kunming South Railway Station. The China-Laos railway commences here, spanning 1,035 kilometers to Vientiane, the capital of Laos. Notably, the station witnessed a remarkable annual passenger flow surge, hitting 34.24 million in 2023, opening up new opportunities for city connectivity.
