Villagers play music in Jinzhulingjiao Village of Xianju County, east China's Zhejiang Province, Sept. 13, 2017. The culture development in local rural area had benefited from a project Zhejiang Province launched in 2003 to overhaul the living environment of villages. The province has made constant efforts in the past 15 years to improve the rural living environment, creating "tens of thousands of beautiful villages." (Xinhua/Huang Zongzhi)
