Hainan's first Boao International Tourism Forum will be held from March 20-22 this year. The forum will kick-off with a special performance that includes a moving 800-square-meter LED screen.

The screen will highlight Hainan's unique marine life, tropical rainforest habitat and local ethnic culture.

According to the forum's preparatory committee on February 22, hundreds of technicians from CCTV have begun building the stage for the opening gala show, which will be held in the Sanya Yalong Bay Center Square.
