4. Xinjiang Ice and Snow Tourism Festival

It includes a series of activities such as an ice and snow festival in Mt. Tianshan and a winter photography contest. It usually lasts from the end of November to the beginning of February in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
