Chinese brands dominated the top 10 spots in a global ranking of the 25 most valuable real estate services released by Brand Finance, a London-based valuation and strategy consultancy, in September 2019.
Ten of the remaining 15 companies are also based in China.
The report attributed Chinese companies' outstanding performance to the surge of the Chinese real estate market.
Evergrande has remained the world's most valuable real estate brand, while the 10th place was seized by China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) Co. Ltd.
Dalian Wanda continued its dramatic drop in the ranking, falling from last year's third place to ninth.
