5. Peony flower, Luoyang city, Henan province
The peony flower, often regarded as a national flower, dazzles admirers with its beautiful yet regal appearance and its sweet scent. Luoyang city, one of four great ancient capitals of China, hosts the Peony Cultural Festival of Luoyang every spring. During the festival, visitors can enjoy not only colorful peony flowers, but also a variety of cultural events.
