Barron's, an America's premier financial magazine, has unveiled its latest list of the world's 30 best CEOs. Richard Anderson from Delta Air Lines came out as the biggest winner, followed by LVMH's Bernard Arnault and Amazon's Jeff Bezos.

Two Chinese CEOs, Tencent's Ma Huateng and Lenovo's Yang Yuanqing also made it onto the list, ranking 13th and 29th respectively.

All 30 CEOs are innovative and financially savvy leaders, who possess the abilities to stay ahead of their rivals, motivate their employees, develop products that resonate with customers and deliver market-beating returns for shareholders.

The average tenure of CEOs on this list is 15 years, and eight new CEOs have joined the elite ranks. On this year's list, 20 CEOs come from the United States, six from Europe and four from Asia.

Instead of using a rigid formula, the ranking is based on the views of Barron's reporters and editors, also taking into account the opinions of investors, analysts and industry executives.
