A ranking of the most stylishly dressed female politicians has been published by German daily Bild. Yingluck Shinawatra, prime minister of Thailand, tops the list, closely followed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Prime Minister of Denmark Helle Thorning-Schmidt.
