Based on the "Harry Potter" novels from J.K. Rowling, the "Harry Potter" film series consists of eight fantasy films. One of the highest grossing film series of all time, the "Harry Potter" films chronicle the quest of the adolescent wizard Harry Potter and his best friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, to overcome the evil wizard Lord Voldemort.
