The International Commerce Centre (ICC) is a 484-m, 118-story soaring skyscraper in West Kowloon, Hong Kong. The ICC building, constructed from 2005 to 2010, has been used for office, hotel, observation and retail purposes. The newly opened 312-room Ritz-Carlton Hotel at the floors 102-118 is the highest hotel worldwide. Sky 100, an observation deck on the 100th floor, offers stunning views of the Victoria Harbor.

Upon completion in 2010, the building replaced the Two International Finance Centre located across the Victoria Harbor on Hong Kong Island as the highest skyscraper in Hong Kong.

Currently, it's the third highest supertall in China and the fourth highest in the world. The two, together, have formed the pre-eminent landmark of the region.

The architect originally designed an even taller tower with a height of 574 meters (1,883 feet). However, the design plan was revised and a pyramidal top was given up as regulations bans construction of buildings higher than the surrounding mountains.
