China's leading commercial property developer, SOHO China, was founded by Chairman Pan Shiyi and CEO Zhang Xin in 1995. The company is headquartered in Beijing, China. Presently, SOHO China is the largest commercial property developer in Beijing. SOHO China was named by Fortune Magazine China as one of the "Most Admired Companies" in China from 2006 to 2009.
On Oct. 8, 2007, the company was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in China’s largest private sector IPO and Asia’s largest commercial property IPO.
In 2010, the company achieved 18.22 billion yuan in revenue, an increase of 146 percent year on year, with net profits rising 10 percent to 3.64 billion yuan.
