Lee Shau Kee (李兆基)

Lee Shau Kee is a property developer and majority owner of Henderson Land Development, a property conglomerate with interests in properties, hotels, town gas and internet services. Henderson last year purchased a minority stake in Chinese retailer Intime Department Store, controlled by mainland billionaire Shen Guojun. Lee also chairs Miramar Hotel and Investment, and is a director of Hong Kong Ferry and the Bank of East Asia.
