Zhou Zhengyi
Zhou Zhengyi, with personal assets of 3 billion yuan ($449 million), once owned four listed companies in Shanghai and Hong Kong, engaged in agriculture, real estate, highways, trade and finance. In 2003 Zhou was sentenced to three years in prison for stock manipulation. He was jailed again in 2007, receiving a 16-year sentence for bribery and diversion of funds.
