Qin kai and Luo Yutong of China won the title of the men's 3m springboard synchronized diving at the 14th FINA World Championships on Tuesday.

The Chinese duo totalled 463.98 points for the gold medal, followed by Ilya Zakharov and Evgeny Kuznetsov of Russia in the second place at 451.89. The bronze medal went to Yahel Castillo and Julian Sanchez of Mexico at 437.61.

The Russian pair registered the highest score of the day when they collect 100.32 points from their last dive to surpass their Mexican counterparts.
