Steve Corica and Ufuk Talay each scored a goal to lead Sydney FC
to a 2-1 victory over China's Shanghai Shenhua in the Asian
Champions League on Wednesday.
Corica scored in the sixth minute in the opening game of group
E, with Talay adding the second in the 22nd.
Striker Xie Hui pulled one goal back for the hosts in the 77th
minute.
Along with Adelaide United, Sydney FC are making Australia's
debut in Asia's premier club competition.
