Youngster Hao Shuai is outshining his senior teammates during
the national trial to the table tennis world team
championships.
22-year-old Hao, who has climbed to the 10th place in the men's
world rankings, won all of the five matches he played on day one of
the second trial tourney Monday.
World top players Wang Liqin, Ma Lin, Wang Hao and Ma Long
finished with a 4-1 record respectively.
The top two players of the second trial will be awarded the
opportunities to play for China at the World Team Championships in
Germany in April.
The 2006 world team championships is scheduled to open this
April in Germany.
