Chinese veteran Lu Ningjun was forced to bow out of the Rally on Friday, during the 13th stage.
The veteran driver was forced to give up the race due to problems with his car. The good news is: two Paladin drivers, Xu Lang and Zhou Yong, are still on track, and have both moved up in the overall standings. Xu Lang has now reached the top 20 while Zhou Yong is at 42, four spots up from the previous day. (CRI January 14, 2006) |
