New Zealand break South Africa rugby fans' hearts

New Zealand's rugby team, the All Blacks, broke hearts of more than 90,000 South African rugby fans at Johannesburg's FNB Stadium on Saturday night when they snatched a last minute 29-22 win over South Africa's Springboks.
In doing so the All Blacks also won the 2010 Tri-Nations title. It was the 10th time they have won the Tri-Nations, which pitches the world's top three rugby nations, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia against each other.
The crowd of 94,038 was the largest ever to witness a rugby match in South Africa. It was meant to be a special occasion for Springbok captain John Smit, who was palying his 100th international match.
The Springboks were ahead for most of the game. With three minutes to go, New Zealand captain Richie McCaw scored a crucial try in the dying moments, but Dan Carter failed to convert it, leaving it at 22-all.
All Blacks substitute winger Israel Dagg scored a try in the 80th minute.
Man of the match, South Africa's Schalk Burger, scored the only try for the Springboks, with the rest of the teams points coming from Morne Steyn' s boot.
South Africa were the 2009 Tri-Nations champions. They remain Rugby World Champions as that title is contested every four years, the next tournament being in 2011.
