German renowned football coach Felix Magath will change his job of coaching next year, transferring from German Bundesliga leaders Wolfsburg to another powerhouse Schalke 04, it was revealed on Wednesday.

Earlier on Wednesday Magath announced to leave Wolfsburg in the summer, while later on the day, Schalke 04 announced that the supervisory board of the club had unanimously decided that Felix Magath would take over as head coach and sporting director next season.
Magath, who will sign a four-year contract until June 30th 2013,will also get a seat on the board in Schalke 04.
Magath, who is now leading Wolfsburg to the top place in the Bundesliga standings, will take over from interim coaches Mike Bueskens, Youri Mulder and Oliver Reck, who are in charge of Schalke's first team since the club parted ways with Fred Rutten in April.
Schalke will become Magath's eighth club in professional football.
The 55-year-old had already led Hamburg (1995-97), Nurnberg (1997-98), Werder Bremen (1998-99), Eintracht Frankfurt (1999-2001), Stuttgart (2001-04) and Bayern Munich (2004-07) before taking over Wolfsburg in 2007.
He led Bayern to a league and cup double in both 2005 and 2006.
