The visitors view a sculpture presented on the Fine Arts Exhibition of the Yangtze River Delta Region memorizing the 30th Anniversary of China's reforms and opening up campaign, in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, Jan. 3, 2009.
