China's first Mars-themed live-action experience base, dubbed "Mars Base 1 Camp," is located in the city of Jinchang, Gansu province. Developed and built with support from the Astronaut Center of China and the International Cooperation Center of China Aerospace, the base leverages the Gobi Desert's Mars-like topographic features. The base offers an immersive Martian experience through a blend of survival scene simulation, structural imitation, and sci-fi scenery.
