Electricians install a transformer in Xiangtang Community of Linquan County in Fuyang City of east China's Anhui Province, Jan. 31, 2013. As one of the major labor exporting place in China, Fuyang will embrace more than two millions of home-going migrant workers during the holidays of Chinese Lunar New Year. The electronic appliances brought by the returned migrant workers are going to leave huge impact to the power grid in the rural communities.
