Yes, there is a train service between Nanchang and Mount Huangshan. The daily schedule of the service is as follows:
Train 2240 departs from Nanchang at 14:35, and arrives at Huangshan at 23:12.
Train 2239 departs from Huangshan at 20:29, and arrives at Nanchang at 6:21.
